Recognising stress is more difficult than you think but there are key pointers to look for:
1) Do you find it hard to sleep well?
2) Do you get irritable at little things?
3) Are you very competitive?
4) Is it hard to delegate?
5) Are you a perfectionist?
6) Are you always watching the clock?
If you can answer ‘yes’ to any of the above you are vulnerable to stress, maybe without even knowing it. But it is certainly useful to be aware of these pressure points and to look for them in yourself. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.
